Meeting Interview
Upon receiving your inquiries, one of our teachers will schedule a meeting interview with the parent/ guardian.

Pre-evaluation
To evaluate the student, attend class to observe interaction. Schedule a trial class and on-site assessment.

Reservation
Contact the center administrator for slot reservations for the upcoming school year. We’ll get back to you soon with more information about your inquiries.

Enrollment
Submit a physical or digital copies of the required documents to enroll. You’ll receive an email confirming receipt and next steps.
- Registration Form - filled out and signed
- Copy of NSO Birth Certificate
- Copy of previous report card stating eligibility for the next year level
- Previous school recommendation: character and academic info required
- Physical and medical certifications
- Current developmental pediatric assessment, if applicable
How are incoming students assessed?
We do not have an entrance exam but we do conduct assessments.

Assessment schedules
Start from March to July.
- Grades 1-5 will have a scheduled assessment to evaluate readiness for the incoming grade level.
- Grades 6-10 must provide their current report card, attend an interview with the Secondary coordinator and potential homeroom teacher, and possibly undergo an assessment.
Assessments include Reading Comprehension, Listening, Writing, and Math skills.
How will the school year be at The Sycamore?
The Sycamore will have in-person classes from Mondays to Thursdays.
Fridays are dedicated to Independent Work in their respective residences wherein the students will work on their assignments, and do online consultations. Fridays are also dedicated to school events and activities.
